For the past 20 years, our firm has built its reputation on providing high quality retirement plan services to our clients. Now, with our seamless payroll alliance, retirement plan administration can be convenient, save you time and effort and still provide the flexibility your plan needs.
Our alliance with Pay(k)onnect bundles payroll and plan administrative services:
- You submit payroll to Pay(k)onnect
- Pay(k)onnect processes your payroll, sends your contribution data to your 401(k) investment provider, debits your account and deposits the 401(k) contributions into the employees’ accounts
- Pay(k)onnect provides the gathered information to our administration system so that all required testing and filings can be performed by DB&Z timely and accurately.
One major advantage to using Pay(k)onnect, Pay(k)onnect saves you from having to do additional work; it eliminates the need for you to provide annual census data at plan year end.
Other payroll providers promise similar integration but force you to move your 401(k) to their proprietary investment platform, which may include hidden internal fees. DB&Z, Inc.’s integrated payroll alliance gives you the flexibility to use any 401(k) investment provider. You select the investment platform that best fits your 401(k) plan and DB&Z, Inc. will bundle payroll and 401(k) administration.
