Most Municipal Plans are subject to bidding requirements mandated by Act 44 of 2009. Please click on the following items for your review regarding your municipality’s Pension Plans:
The RFP template is not intended to be a finished product; rather it is a first draft of our interpretation of the mandated bidding requirements. The municipality may alter the document format or content as it deems appropriate; in addition it may request more information than required under Act 44. We stress that we are neither qualified nor permitted to offer "legal" advice; therefore the municipality’s solicitor should review the documents.
